Shipping:

ALL new sales orders will incur a $9.50 Handling Fee (GST Inclusive)

Orders over $200.00 wholesale are Freight Free, while orders under $200.00 wholesale attract a $14.95 Freight Charge (GST Inclusive) will apply.

* Backorders DO NOT attract the above Fee's

Note: Deliveries to residential addresses are not preferred however pre notification is required (should this be required) please note that ANY re-delivery costs incurred will be on-charged to your account, Wild Eagle will NOT absorb such costs.

IMPORTANT: Wild Eagle takes no responsibility for orders placed that result in duplicate titles with  existing orders already placed with Wild Eagle. Please check your previous orders to prevent duplications as Wild Eagle will NOT be liable for costs (eg postage)  involved for unwanted / duplicated titles to be returned. For Proforma Customers, once payment has been received it will be agreed that titles on the order have been checked and accepted as being correct.

Accounts:

ALL new customers are issued on a Proforma basis (payments must be made 5 (five) working days from date of invoice to prevent cancellation without notice.

A Nett 30 day account will be considered after 4 (four) completed and paid orders. Note a credit card MUST be provided for an account to be issued with a signed and agreed Account Application Form.

30 Day Net Accounts MUST be paid within 30 days from date of invoice. It is at Wild Eagle's discretion to place an account on STOP &/or revert terms back to Proforma without notice should accounts not be paid within the 30 day period.

General Information:

Goods shall remain the property of Wild Eagle Trading Pty Ltd until payment has been made in full.

Online Ordering for Existing Customers:

Please note for existing customers who are ordering online for the first time will be required to re-register their details online prior to submitting an order to enable the order to be linked to the existing account.
